British Academy Award

I'm delighted to have been awarded a Small Research Grant by the British Academy to explore access with essential environmental technologies. There will be two expert meetings, a working paper and edited collection and hopefully lots of public engagement (I've also been inspired by a recent visit to the Edinburgh Science Festival). The interface between IP, competition and human rights law will be key, but I'm also looking to explore CSR, regulation and activist perspectives.
